These terms & conditions outline the rules, policies, and expectations for using our fitness studio, website, and services. By visiting or using The Cave, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. Membership & Facility Use
Memberships are non-transferable and must be used only by the registered member.
All members must check in upon entering the facility.
Members agree to follow all gym rules, including safety guidelines, dress code, and proper use of equipment.
Failure to comply with gym rules may result in suspension or termination of membership without a refund.
2. Payments & Billing
All membership fees, personal training sessions, and class fees must be paid in full before use.
Memberships may be subject to recurring payments, which will continue until canceled per our cancellation policy.
No refunds will be provided for unused portions of memberships, personal training, or class packages.
3. Health & Safety Disclaimer
By using The Cave, you acknowledge that you are physically capable of participating in fitness activities.
You understand that engaging in physical activity carries a risk of injury, and you assume all responsibility for your own health and well-being.
The Cave is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or health complications arising from gym activities.
4. Conduct & Respect
Members and guests must treat staff, trainers, and fellow members with respect.
Disruptive, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate expulsion from the facility.
Any damages caused to gym property due to misuse or negligence will be the responsibility of the member.
5. Personal Belongings & Liability
The Cave is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
Lockers are available for temporary use, but members should bring their own locks.
6. Cancellations & Freezes
Membership cancellations must be submitted in writing and comply with our cancellation policy.
Members may request a temporary freeze on their membership for medical reasons or other valid circumstances, subject to approval.
7. Website & Online Services
Our website and online services are for informational and booking purposes only.
We may modify, update, or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.
Unauthorized use of our website, including misuse of content, hacking attempts, or fraudulent activities, is strictly prohibited.
8. Changes to Terms & Conditions
The Cave reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes.
Continued use of our facility or services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
